At camp, volunteers play a hands-on role in keeping the day safe, organized, and fun for players. The day begins with check-in, helping young athletes get dressed and settled before activities start. Volunteers may assist on the ice by setting up drills, keeping pucks ready, encouraging players, and helping maintain a smooth flow. Off the ice, they escort groups between facilities, supervise games, and support hydration and meal times. Volunteers also assist with sign-ins, distribute food, and provide general support during transitions.
